Hi Pat I'm off to bed in a minute but just want to say I will be thinking of you tomorrow and hope you have a nice time with your son : ) night god bless
Good morning everyone. It's been a real stinker of a day today - really hot and windy. Hubby got called out to a fire on the outskirts of our local town where we go for shopping. He rang a short time ago to say they were leaving the fire ground and coming home. It's always a relief when I know they are on their way home.
Son rang to say he'll be here soon. So it'll all be happening shortly.
Hi Pat. Glad to hear your hubby is safe and on his way home. It must be a worry for you every time he's called out but you'll be proud of him too. Hope it's not too long before your son and cats arrive then you can all settle down. ((Hugs)) for all of you.
Lizzie your daughter will be getting excited now and planning the big move. You'll have to brush up on your game skills if you hope to have a chance of winning against your grandchildren.
Flumpy hope you're fully recovered from the 'flu now and don't get any more snow.
Fairly brisk here - minus four when I fed the birds, but it was expected. It was already zero at half six last night when I went out. Snow disappeared fairly quickly yesterday but it snowed on and off all morning at work.
Bet you needed your thermals for walking the pooch Lesley
Hope Hosta has had a decent night's kip, and all those who've been a bit out of sorts are on the mend.
I'll have a quick look round before I go and warm the car up and head out. Have a good day everyone.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

That's the joy of cats Fairygirl, no walkies - we can all cuddle up in the duvet if I'm not working
