Quick pic for you. Went for a walk in Sproughton village by the water mill while at work today and came across my very own snowdrop walk....pic doesn't show how muddy my once fantastic purple trainers got! image

Rather you than me Panda. It sounds exhausting!

I'm rather shocked at the various experiences some of you are having with doctor visits, or non-visits. I'm glad I dont have that problem. Is it for doctors in private practice or public clinics? image

Pat, it would be doctor's surgeries, National Health Service, free treatment. Private practices are expensive, the best known ones are in Harley Street, London, where rich people go. The vast majority of people in England go to their GP, General Practitioner, who could be in a group practice with other GPs and practice nurses, or just in his own practice in a country area. A clinic is more likely to be an outpatients department attached to a hospital.

Does anyone have any experience of, or advice regarding using Zopiclone to combat insomnia?

I'm not keen on taking them, but nor am I keen on feeling like a zombie due to lack of sleep.

All the z drugs, ie zopiclone, zimovane , zolpidem, zaleplon, should only be used for a maximum of 14days without a break. However they do seem to be used continuously, and doctors prescribe them for long periods. Bizarre side effects are exacerbated by mixing with alcohol.

    Morning everyone.

Dove, Hubby has listed the link below for the program featuring your cousins. It was very good to see them and to hear what they had to say about their experience.

  • Morning all,

Pat, bought a replacement cold frame. More wind forecast, so keep an eye out!

Did some weeding yesterday in amongst the rain. Few strange weeds coming through that I haven't seen in the garden before. Not much planned for today, looking like a rainy day in the house with the two kiddos.

  • Good morning all image  G'day Pat image thanks for the link and thanks to your hubby - I'll watch it in a bit when I've got a few jobs done.

Hosta - you have a PM image

Lovely photo Wonky - especially when I click on it and it enlarges - great reflections - glad you had a snowdrop walk image

Morning Jimmy - looks like a damp day here too - but much milder than of late - it's nearly 9C here already!
