I can hear Black Cockatoos up the back in our Pinus pinea plantation, so based on local folk lore, we will be getting some rain.  There's not much cloud visible, but I'm willing to believe anything if it will bring some rain. image

Good morning everyone. The rain didn't eventuate today and it's now 4.20 pm, so maybe the cockatoos were playing a trick on us.

Dove, I've just seen the weather forecast for Tassie and would you believe they are expecting snow around Hobart Tonight/tomorrow. Your brother might be in for a surprise. They are still fighting terrible fires in the north west of the State.

Hello Hosta. I had a bit of a laugh myself. I got to bed a bit earlier last and Hubby said, you'll be sorry, you'll wake up through the night. And guess what, I did wake about 3 am and took ages to nod off again.image
