Right, Doc has called. Survey done. I'm not over the mark where they think there's a real "problem" but she's going to contact Devon's psychology people who deal with sleep disorders.

She's certainly taking it seriously and doing her best.

Glorious sunny day so I'm off back outside.

  • Hosta - glad she's making a referral (particularly with waiting lists being what they are for psych support).  It's good to take action asap rather than when the wrong pattern has become entrenched.  Hope it all works for you.   Don't worry, we won't keep you up late when we visit image

I did get out into the garden today, but only to feed the birds, hang the washing out and get it back in again ...... but it was good and dry when I got it in image

Back from looking after the grandchildren. Daughter and her OH have now signed the first contract and they should be moving in April. The lady selling the house is very nice and was a bit upset, it was her family home for years and her grandfather built it but she is elderly and feels it's time to move into a smaller house in a village nearer her children.

My two little grandchildren were very good, we played games and I lost each time! Not on purpose either.

Have a good day skiing, DD. Daughter and her family came back from skiing in the Pyrenees yesterday.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • BL - I hope the lady was reassured that her much loved family home will be much loved and enjoyed by its new family - I'm sure that will make leaving it a little easier to bear image

She said she was glad that it was a young family buying it and that it would be a family home that children would grow up in.
