I see that I have also lost the ability to write in English as well!

Should have said, self inflicted, not self imposed.

Gone right off alcohol flumpy, which I suppose is a good thing.

How can you lie there and think of England

    Morning all.

You and me both Punkdoc. I gave up on hols for over 3 weeks and have haven't had much since I came home.

More heavy rain and  high winds overnight and it's cold. Have I ever mentioned I HATE WINTER?

Plus point, I've lots another 2lbs since I came home.

New project after speaking to lady at aquatics place yesterday. I'm clearing one of the raised beds in polytunnel to line and fill with water and propagate waterlillies from pond.

Half way towards the weekend folks. image

I second that Hosta I HATE WINTER too.

Punkdoc I must admit since getting married and buying a house, I don't drink very much now, and I don't really miss it now : )

Hey what's that bright warm thing in the sky?

PunkDoc: stay in the warm and rest. Don't expect any of us to feel sorry for you but seriously unless you've been out in your all-together in the garden I really can't see how its self imposed.

(And if you have... you fool! In this weather? Frost bite can damage certain areas you know!!)

I've a group of VIP children attending the museum tomorrow afternoon for a special treat. So most of today is being spent trying to work out what *else* I can do to make the day extra special. It doesn't help that they are completely out of my normal age range and thus are total mystery to me. Are balloons appropriate for 8 - 12 year olds? I hope so because I just want any excuse to fill the classroom with balloons!

Clari, if they say anything negative about the balloons, say they were left from  a previous visit. image

If you want balloons, you have them Poppet.

Clari - they're a mystery to most of us - even when we have some of our own  image

You could always fill one with soup and burst it over your boss's head....image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
