Lovely pic Fairy - nice to know you were thinking of us
And lovely pics from Chicky too - Thank You - those cornus just seem to glow in the winter light don't they? Stunning. If I had a lake in my garden I would definitely plant round it like that - unfortunately the lake is probably bigger than my whole garden....
Longest session in the garden so far this year. About 4 hrs of weeding / digging / cutting back / pruning - most of it bent double and my back don't half ache now - Always the same at the start of the season - need to get it toughened up soonest!
OH is making pizza for tea - yum
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Lol Fairy. Why didn't you use the same font size. It really was a beaut (get me Pat) day and have got bits and pieces done.
KEF the wheelchair is going to be a complete surprise for her. She uses the hospital ones when we go there and the GC ones when there's one available. Otherwise she uses a stick and has to sit down, or crouch down, frequently. I hope she'll be happy to see places she hasn't been able to for so long - the park, the new dress shop that's opened. We'll have fun when while we can

Titter ye not RB....
I tried not to startle the sheep too - nothing worse than a startled sheep - but I was having so much fun I can't tell you!
Surprisingly comfy - given the lumpy terrain.
I really need to get out more...
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Hi back to you Fairy
I love the descent method, been known to go down hills that way in my younger years, and not in snow
Yvie hugs another cold x
Runny I'm pleased to hear your son is now able to walk, but it shouldn't have been otherwise, nuff said
Flumpy what do you call your baby
Lesley I'm chuffed that your mum will take a ride, mine won't have a walking stick, prefers to dislocate my shoulder

I keep thinking about the meal Dove has prepared for her friend
Chicky I didn't do Wisley but had lunch with two friends and a trip to GC, got more seed spuds..I know how to rock & roll.
Anyone I haven't mentioned have a big Hi
It wasn't on the snowy bits KEF - hence the 'rabbity' trousers.....

I'm trying not to look at Dove's Dinners. Heated up leftover cottage pie for me tonight

I got confused Fairy, thought the rabbits had plopped on the snow
Our very own snow message

Wisley was lovely- this one's for Topbird
And this one too
They have made some fantastic new sculptures out of tree trunks which were killed in the 2013 storms too - out of disaster, comes opportunity
So clever !
No - well yes, there as well - but mainly on the steep grassy slopes I slid down
