Hmm It's been dull and overcast here ... just as well it was a cooking day.
Spanakopita, Gigantes plaki , Baba Ganoush and frittata made all ready for supper tomorrow when friend arrives - I'll make some hummus and a tomato salad tomorrow and retrieve some appropriate bottles from the garage ......... I'm likely to be AWOL for several hours from 4pm tomorrow .......... speak quietly on Sunday morning please

I'll try to get a photo of the Cunningham Skink trio later today to show you, but they don't all arrive at the same time each time. And yes, the cats are being driven mad, but at the same time fascinated. One of them didn't leave her post all day yesterday. We noticed that the litter tray hadn't been used, so she must have been holding on all day!
It must be almost bed time for you. I hope you all get as good a slee as I did.
