    Yes flumpy - those are proper pancakes.Those other flimsy thin ones are crepes. Not hearty & substantial enough for us Scots  image

    Scotch eggs - you couldn't pay me enough...image

    That's what OH and I had for lunch, with a beetroot, carrot and orange salad ... Yum!!!


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Evening all. 

    Sorry Steve, but I think Dove's lunch sounds yummy. Is it the egg bit which is subbed for black pudding, or black pudding with the egg in the middle? Either way sounds tempting.

    Fairy, I expect the cat will wake me as usual, sitting on my head at 5.30am...  image  However, I should probably set the alarm as well, just in case.  image
