Glad you are liking the mountain DD. Looks like whipped cream.
I've spent nearly 3 hours outside. Got up 2 piled barrow loads of weeds and rubbish from the veggie garden. Found a forgotten row of potatoes that I hadn't dug up. Dug up a small bucket full, they look fine, will try some mashed tomorrow. Tonight is Moules Marinières with baguette and green salad. Found tender young perpetual spinach leaves in veggie garden, young frothy fennel shoots and flat and curly leaved parsley to go in the salad.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Lovely DD - enjoy it all. You look as if you're having a good time judging by the smiles! I could do with borrowing Charlie's goggles for tomorrow - I'll be off to do a couple of little hills. There's still plenty of snow on those though. No ice axe so I can't really do anything higher at the moment.
It felt almost as if spring could be on the way...not sure I should say that out loud. It got to about 5 or 6 for an hour or so. Birds are tweeting away
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
