Morning all. Sorry I am rather erratic at the moment. Struggling with so much work, and fatigue issues. I am sure its linked into my stomach troubles but I've been trying for weeks to get a doctors appointment to ask for a blood test to see if my diet (or at least what stays in) isn't being absorbed properly and perhaps I need a boost (or just a holiday). It is awful to think there are so many poorly people that the local GP is overwhelmed. At least I hope its poorly people not just sniffs and dribbles.

I'm sat at home while the awful asbestos garage is removed. I can't wait for it to be gone so that we don't have to worry about it falling over! It'll make the garden look different too. But I can't plan anything yet until the new garage is built.

My hyacinth bulb (glass bowl) is less than an inch tall but has decided to "sod it" and start flowering. It does look odd! It was still in the dark forcing stage (I was a little late to the party) but I've brought it out now to sit in the kitchen.

Morning Fairy, Dove and LilyP, hi Patimage

Not snoozing just a flat battery so I plugged in and went for a walkimage.  Not as cold here this morning as the ground feels a bit softer underfoot.

Good luck with the builder Fairy.  Fingers crossed that it is third time lucky.

  • Clari ((hugs))   Here you are, this'll make you feel better

I've just read that the Flying Scotsman is visiting Norwich in May - it'll go on the track across the marshes just over the hill - I shall walk across the marshes and watch it pass - it'll be a magnificent sight.  image

Morning all , just had breakfast , going shopping with o/h shortly , bit overcast but dry

Last night went to local garden club talk by Alan Mason , he did various garden programmes on TV up 2000 , very entertaining

Off to dinner tonight with friends , can sometimes be a late one

Have a good day whatever you are doing image

    Just googled Alan Mason.

I remember him on one of his programmes saying something like

" when I had 20 hostas, I thought I knew everything about them, now I have 200 and reaslise I know nothing"

    I empathise.

    Devon.
