    What about "The Table"  but with an accent on the 'The'   (can't do it on here).  That would work in French and English. 


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Well I'm glad you like 'Chateau de Gateau' - although if you say it with an Estuary twang it does sound like the sort of thing Del Boy might say to Rodders don't you think? image

    Was trying to think of a classier alternative and came up with 'Le Millefeuille' or "Maison du Millefeuille' because:

    Millefeuille is my favourite pastry image

    Both Brits and French know it's a pastry

    The english translation of millefeuille is 'a thousand leaves' - so a subtle reference to DD's love of gardening. image
