Maybe just a free slice Pansy.  Not a whole cake.

Good idea with the word games.   They baffled my scientists when I showed them a list like that.  Even sew and sow were difficult and OH said he hadn't heard of sough.

DD sounds as if things are moving forward which is great for you and Charlie. Keep focused tho and no compromise! Have you told Charlie now? As little upset to his life is definitely going to help him adjust.

Ooh!   Didn't know about Derbyshire drains.

At the risk of stretching things a bit, once could say threat the recent Brexit and Remain campaigns were full of sophistry.

It would depend on whether they were honest or liars wouldn't it and pointless in the end as even so-called conviction politicians usually end up lying to themselves or the electorate.

According to a pundit on This Week, Gove hugely admired Blair for being a great political strategist.  That's OK then if you can forget all his lies too.

I had never heard an English speaking person roll their Rs like that until I saw Walter Batty, Norah's husband. I was astonished.

I think someone on here lives near Norah and Walter. I'll swear I saw a picture taken from near their house. Can't remember who it was.
