    Pansy and Hosta , sorry to take so long to acknowledge, your help is much appreciated. I agree about the American sites, they do more harm really than good.

    Am off to check out the site, I know it's not the ideal time and it will probably have my brain whizzing bit it's the only time of day I get any peace!

    Sorry to hear about your son Lilly, I hope everything turns out ok, my son has an incurable illness but it's kept at bay with tablets and the occasional intravenous steroids, they can treat most things these days and I really hope there is some treatment for your boy.

    It's always a worry when it's your kids.

    I tried to post on here last night but suddenly everything froze

    i just wanted to thank Pansy for the site, it's great

    also to Lyn who has reassured me that great advances are being made in gebetics

    the family have gone off for a mich needed holiday and to rethink the path they want to take for the future

    i am just so sorry for them as they have worked soooo hard but hey that's life isn't it

    looks as if they will have to return to the UK where there is specialist help available and on NHS which is remarkable and very important

    Hugs from us LilyP - there's some amazing work being done nowadays compared with what could be done just a few years ago. All digits crossed here.
