So sorry Lyn. Your dad is at peace now and was aware of all the care and attention you gave him. You will be able to have happy memories. Look after yourself.Hugs.
We are all a bit bewildered in our close family circle. My son in law had a cardiac episode in Moscow 7 weeks ago. They found nothing and we thiught he had been over doing things. He has now been fully investigated in London and has been diagnosed with Fabrys disease. It is a rare condition but they are sure he had it.
As this forum is amazing I wonder if anyone has any experience of this unusual condition they might be willing to share
saddest part is it is always passed on to girls, we have a granddaughter.

Lily pily, so very sorry to hear your son in law is ill. Sending my very best wishes love and hugs xx
Sorry Lilyp, I don't know anything about the condition. Thinking of you and your family.
Lily P. I have sent a PM
its such early days still but the cardiologist referred him to a professor who ironically is in Russia at a conference on the condition
we are just praying it can be managed and that the wee one will only present as a carrier
