I picked a little bunch of sweet peas for the house yesterday.  Only 8 stems, but I could smell them this morning before I went into the living room.  Lovely!

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Not quite so warm this morning but the breeze has dropped.  The garden is quite damp so we must have had some rain through the night.  Forecast is for mostly dry and some sunny spells so the judges may come today.  i have deadheaded and picked up the lime leaves from next door's tree as they bright yellow and very noticeable on the dark grey drive.

Good morning nice and sunny but very windy , in fact too windy for garden

Bought some pinks yesterday for 2 pots at front and repotted my canna lilies last night

Will you known if the Judges come ?

Yes, GWRS they put a card through the letterbox so say you have been judged and thank you for entering.  It has gone gloomy and threatening to rain now but i can see some blue sky so it may miss us.

Another .lovely day of sunshine.  I got the green wheeliebin filled up yesterday ready to be emptied this morning.  Very little watering needing doing  this morning as the showers we have been having this week helped out.  Deadheading was mostly pelargonium but they have lots of buds on still.  "Fire Queen"is a brilliant red one with good form.

Brilliant sunshine and cloudless blue sky this morning.  I will have to do some watering this morning before it gets too warm.  Deadheading done.  Yellow and orange nasturtiums opening daily in the front garden so it lookd very bright and cheerful with the sunshine glinting off them.  I hope all of you are having lovely weather this Saturday too.
