The boy next door has just brought me these!  So I took him to see his Xmas present to me - the Stripey amaryllis.

So do I as My daughter and son in law have just gone to catch the ferry for Stranraer.  They are taking their older daughter back to St, Andrews Univ. after the Easter break and hoping for some golf and some time on the beach with their younger daughter.  We are getting some really fierce gusts of wind here in Bristol despite the sun shining brightly at the moment.

Hi Marion hope your having a lovely Easter, the flowers are lovely off your neighbour Marion, we are looking after one of our neighbours house and fish as they have gone to the top of Scotland for a week image

I did as you said Marion, I brought my hanging baskets in and I'm so glad I did as the weather got really bad, hale, heavy rain and strong winds, it's all calm and dry now.

my parents came visiting, my mum has bought me and my hubby chocalate Easter bunnies image and a card.

Looks like the pot of gold is just under that building, flumpy.  Excellent picture.  Seems calm out there in Bristol today and the sun is out, Garden a bit wet though.  I'm hoping to get something done out there  today some time.  Depends on visitors.

Good morning Marion, it's been stormy in the night here, so the ground is soaked, a bit bright this am, is it me or is it a bit cooler bbbbrrrr.
Going doing grocerie shopping today, just going to check my greenhouse is ok as my hubby heard a loud bang in the night, hope the weather stays fine for you Marion : )

p.s. When I was little I tried looking for the end of the rainbow but when I got to the other end of the field I couldnt understand why it was moving away imageimage

Oh that sounds like the thing I would do if I felt I was anywhere near the end of the rainbow, flumpy.  It is a bit breezy outside but I got some manure spread in the raised beds and noticed lots of blue showing from the bluebells flowering early .  The kerria and forsythis and flowering currant are in full bloom too.In fact the garden is as full of colour as if it were mid summer.Wallflower is starting to make a good show.and lots of tulips.
