Morning Marion, it's dry here too. Just been watching the terrible news in Brussels airport and train station, it's got out of hand now bombs going off and blowing themselves up : (
Morning Marion, it's a new day today it's my Birthday so me and hubby are going out followed by a birthday meal , the weather is grey but dry today, I think my parents maybe popping to our house this am.
MANY HAPPY RETURNS,flumpy. I do hope you have a lovely day. The sun may pop out for you. It is 5 at present in Bristol and set to get to 10 and mainly dry. My plants for the Botanic Garden sale at Easter are being picked up this afternoon so I will take their picture before they go and wish them luck. There are 50 odd.
wow that's a lot of plants Marion, look forward to seeing you picture later, it's 7c at the moment but only creeping up to 8c later but as long as it's dry I'm happy .
My Xmas amaryllis from the boy next door has opened the first of its four buds this morning just in time for your birthday flumpy. And here are the plants I am saying farewell to this afternoon.
Good evening , the Amaryllis looks good the ones I repotted are not doing to well , they where very old bulbs , if no improvement when I get back from Holiday they are going in compost bin
Awe Marion that's a gorgeous flower just for my birthday thank you Marion, your flowers are looking healthy and ready to go, I bet it's sad to see them go, but at least you know they will be cared for, just think your flowers will be blooming all over Bristol Marion thanks to you, I would feel very proud .
im feeling very full after a big roast followed by strawberries, I just want to sleep now
77 degrees already at 7am so feels mild. A bit of rain forecast for some of the afternoon but the garden could be doing with it. The plant stall organiser was pleased with my contribution and even asked if I had bought in the primulas they looked so professional.! She asked to have a stroll round the garden and gave me a good idea where to put the dead elder tree. One son is calling tomorrow so I will set the wheels in motion for having two call at the same time. I should get the green wheeliebin filled today for emptying tomorrow morning. I had strawberries with icecream for dessert last night too flumpy but mine were from the freezer picked in the garden 15th June last year.
