Had to laugh Marion! I'm not the only one that rehomes bugs then! Since I discovered what seems to be the worlds collection of ladybird larvae on my mermaid rose, I've been transplanting them to other roses in the garden! image they seem to be starting where they are put and justvtwo on a rose bush has wiped out aphids and greenfly! image

Such lovely pictures, thanks for sharing!

if you sow some in the autumn before Xmas you should have early flowers next year, flumpy.  Well done.  My kitchen is smelling lovely since I picked it a bunch of flowers,

Oh I certainly do. All looking immaculate and the new piece of trellis looks great.  The tobacco plant and sweet peas will give you fragrance for all summer long.TY, flumpy.

Hoping for some rain soon, flumpy.  I have some sprouted potatoes I want to plant and some sunflowers for Mr. Fothergills trials that are getting too big to be in the conservatory. I garden 7 days a week if I can.  Take time off now and again for things like Andy Murray playing amazing tennis and the wonderful singers at the Cardiff Young singer of the year.  I choose the same one as the judges tonight!  Lovely long nights for gardening now.

It's raining now on this side of "the lane" but my cat is still outside so it can't be raining that hard. Some lovely pics you have there image I'll try and remember tomorrow to take a pic of a flower whose seeds I brought back from Greece last year- a lovely looking thing image

I see the flats/houses being built behind you are going up very quickly. Only seems like a few weeks ago the land was being cleared
