    Morning all.

looks like it's going to be fine here. Sun is kinda shining and the breeze has dropped. The rain has stopped at last. It rained from 3pm until dark, at least.

Hopefully I'll be able to cut the grass as OH is coming home tonight to take me up there tomorrow.

No 2 daughter and her boyfriend ( not met him yet ) are coming down from Scotland to stay with No 1 daughter in Surrey. OH has been invited round to join them for dinner on Saturday night as he's working up there this weekend. So I'll be popping in to surprise them .( especially the boyfriend)

4 years ago to-day we got married, civil partnership sounds so formal.

Anyway, hope the weather bucks up for those who've had rain

    re deer.

A friend who lives on the outskirts of Plymouth in quite a densely packed cul de sac, had deer eat all her bedding in the front garden, as did her neighbours. 6 weeks later they came back for more of the same.

Very surprised they were in such a built up area, but they were seen by many.

    Congratulations Hosta.

Nice that your children love you and your husband, just a shame OHs family don't feel the same

    thanks Dove and Runnybeak

We're going to No 1's place first, so that'll be the first surprise.

OH is collecting No 2 from station,so I'll hide in the bedroom to surprise her as she's given the tour of the new flat.

There's gonna be tear and snot and all sorts, some of it might be from the girls.

    Morning all image

Congratulations on your anniversary Hosta and hubby Hosta! You sound like a really strong and supportive couple! Hope you have a grand time with the sproglets and enjoy surprising the unsuspecting boyfriend! image

Been burning in firepit and downsizing in a ruthless fashion ready for the house move! Making the most of the time off I have as starting the new job on the 17th. Not got a date for move yet, could be September could be October or could be a surprise and be end of this month ! image trying to be as prepared as possible but I envisage a Dove flying over to help carry things! image

Glad daughter has moved in all right BusyL!  The house sounds lovely!

    Have a lovely day all!
