    Morning all.

Very dark here this morning, I think there is a storm coming.

Light box is coming out, so we are obviously going into the dark months. A lot of people think they are like witch craft, but surprisingly there is very good evidence that they work.

    What's an iron?

I too have lots of bulbs to do, but I suspect it will not be today.

    See you later.

Watching Kevin McLeod. (Grand Designs).  Does it ever go to plan in that show?  I think they deliberately try to make the viewer tense.

hope everyone's weather improves. And yes Lilyp, we never get tired of the views.

Dove, I meant to say, that TV show with Paul Bocuse was in 1985. Was the Internet around then? Can't remember. image

I almost never iron anymore. The exception is if I'm machine sewing and need a firm seam, and that's not often.

LillyP - I'm not going to the farm shop 'cos my car's waiting for an airbag sensor and it wouldn't be sensible to drive until it's fixed (although of course I'll have to drive it to the garage on Monday).  But OH works at the farm shop so I've told him to lob some venison sausages in your direction  - stand well clear in about 20 minutes

I just read that Tesco have introduced a new variety of crisp - people are asking 'is this the most middle class crisp ever ?'  It's  Prosecco and elderberry.

I just can't bring myself to comment.....

....but I think we all know the answer to the question  image
