I expect they look big if you're not used to them - I grew up around horses and used to  ride, so those ones don't look especialy big to me image  These ones are much bigger http://www.cumbrianheavyhorses.com/html/ourhorses.html - they make the ground shake image

    Good morningimage

Lucky you beausimage.  Just a thought but when they are out of the field you may find they have left some very useful presents near your fenceimage.  What does Beau think of them?

Our wind has dropped overnight so I may be able to join everyone in a bit of gardening today.

I think the odd carrot or apple could turn into a useful supple of fertiliser for the roses, beaus mum. When I was little, the local Scotts ice cream, used to come round in a horse and cart. My mum always put the deposits from the road, around the roses. So long as it doesnt touch the bare stems, its fine. Or you could compost it, and then its good for nearly everything.

    Morning all.

Lovely neighbours BM. Horses are usually gentle animals, it's just their size that makes them scarey! Loved that link, Dove. Those big ones are usually the gentlest of all.

    More sunshine.

Good morning Lesley, glad your wind is better image and hope you can join us today in the garden image I ran out of paint again Friday but have more now so will finish the second coats then get out there!

beau is bit too interested in the horses and on Friday wanted to get in the field with them and when he is on a mission he is like a little tank so I had to make out his daddy was home to get him indoors! I have just been out there making barriers!

bet the neighbours love me with my blue nose bear dressing gown and fag hanging out my mouth! Gorgeous countryside landscape pic for them in the mornings image
