Hostafan image  That's brilliant news - now for that physio!!!  I had physio then had to go to the 'knee gym' where several people with 'knees' did various activities designed to strengthen muscles, improve balance etc.  I remember lots of stair-climbing and wobble-board stuff image  Hope your lovely OH is going to get a lie-in over the weekend image

Hope everyone else with aches, strains and pains have got their feet up and are well enough for a weekend playing outside image

    Great news Hostafan.

Sun carried on shining this afternoon. I pruned and clipped the shrubs on the kitchen terrace and pruned the Suttar's Gold climbing rose.

OH managed to get the bracket back on the garage wall and the wire is now up with the electric cable attached to it. It had to be high enough for the hay farmer's tractor to pass underneath. So should be able to plug it in tomorrow and have a frost free GH.

I noticed you tittering RB, but OH didn't!image

Watched it, but fell asleep in Joe Swift's bit. Bother. Was it interesting? It's on at 9.30pm French time. Recording Nelson and going to bed early. Night all.
