Good morning Pam Afraid all our East Anglian coastal towns and villages are built on sand - and the North Sea is eating away at it all the time - this road used to go about a mile into the distance
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Off to market today and then need to get special Christmas cards. Have written what need posting, rest will be hand delivered. Think I'll make my red cabbage this weekend and freeze it, leg of pork for Xmas dinner. Bought stuff to make a cherry, strawberry & raspberry trifle at some point over the festivities. It was going to be orange & ginger but I was out voted. Might put loads of booze in so kiddies can't have any
Christmas tree needs rescuing from the loft, depends on how strong H feels.

Good morning any/everyone
Well, we won't expect to see Panda for a while
What've we got planned for today then? I really must get on with some pre-Christmas cooking - and I've not done the cards yet

Good morning Dove and anyone else who's awake.
Hope Panda doesn't feel too bad this morning. She's not on breakfast duty is she?
Tragic to watch those houses on the east coast tumbling into the sea. They couldn't get insurance apparently but they did look to be built on sand.
I hope Verdun's cabin is well back from the sea but it has been very mild and calm down in Cornwall so maybe all will be well.
Good morning Pam
