BREAKING NEWS...... I have just been out and stabbed 4 slugs and chucked them on the lawn for the birds.......nearly threw up in the process but I did it
Been very busy preparing to go to England on Sunday with the 8 French friends.
Have weeded, sorted the GH, sown runner beans and sweetcorn.
Tracey, we used to go skiing every year when children were at home. First OH loved it. So easy when living in France, look up accommodation, book directly and drive there with the skis on the roof of the car. Did it instead of summer holidays often as we live in a holiday sort of place. Been to the Pyrenees and the Massif Central, but the Alps were best. I liked Meribel. But it's all more expensive now than it was.
Panda I watched "Love your Garden" too, missed most of the first series. Enjoyed it.
Must go to bed. OH is already there.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Good morning all - lovely sunrise in the east but grey clouds low in the west - I wonder what we'll get. Flollopped on the sofa last night and slept through GW
Shall have to watch it again on iPlayer ........ seems like you're not the only tired one Panda
Would Stacey have gone on hols with all those baby chillies to look after
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Well done OL
Busy, sleep well
Fidget - love that swing
. Engineer comments also made me laugh - have one for a father, and then compounded trouble by marrying one too
.
Hope the sleepover is silent, and all others sleep well .... And tomorrow is another gardening day .... Yippee
