Cant decide if we had a flurry of snow in the night or a hard frost, either way the roofs (?) are all very white here! Brrrrr
Dove, hope you feel better soon, those decongestants really worked for me
Glad you have nice weather SGL, and that you stayed in yesterday
Kef, as they say round here yow am a tuff bird!, glad it was a good night
DD, we used to live in a two storey block of flats (just like being on the first floor of a house) our cat always used the bathroom window as her cat flap, and the bath to kill what ever she caught ...pukey face! I think they are far more able than we give them credit for. Worst case senario, could you leave the window open when you go away?
Its very odd, but i dont feel any need to sow seeds, wonder if this cold snap has anything to do with it!
Deep frost here, so my big gardening day will have to wait til it thaws a bit. Rain forecast this afternoon, so might not fit much in after all. My borders are in desperate need of a cut down and tidy up (yes, I know I am very late with this) and I am beginning to feel I'm playing catcth up already.....and its only February. Will prioritise my Group 3 clematis, and then take it from there.
Hope poorly, bunged up, coughy peeps are soon on the mend
Morning all. Heavy frost, and the sky looks full of snow.
Off to visit some garages, to start thinking about replacing the last vestige of my youth.
Did not pick a very good week to start cutting down on the ciggies. At the moment I seem to have a ciggie in one hand, and the electronic one in the other.
Have a good day everyone.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Happy Thinking Day to any fellow Guiders and Scouters on the forum
No frost here, or else I have missed it That said, my grassy Daffs are lying down so maybe we did have some this morning and it's all gone now
Busy afternoon for me, spending it with 100 Rainbows and Brownies and then off to the cinema to see the 'mucky film'. OH staying at home though, don't want him getting any ideas
Have a look at these Pdoc (Renault Megane Coupé Cabriolet)
I've found a middle aged one which is perfect for helping me spend my second childhood disgracefully - and it's got the biggest boot imaginable when the top's up, and when the top's down you can bring trees home from the GC in it - every gardener should have one - and they're almost cheap as chips!!!
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Bekkie, I used to swear by decongestants but I cant have them any more as they're contraindicated with some other meds I'm on I just have to have Olbas Oil and steam my head
Have a lovely day Panda - thanks for the heads up

I think this cold is catching, or maybe OH has just given me his?
Seeds soaked overnight, I can't believe how much the hedychiums have grown in size.
OH sleeping off a 7am night shift finish, so I'm wondering if I can manage to hobble (without crutches : hurrah) in the pouring rain to get seeds to polytunnel.
