    Morning all.

SM done, minus 4 degrees on car gauge. Looks like it might be sunny today, so hopefully a walk somewhere.

    Have a good day all.

Morning Everyone,  It's freezing here, frost everywhere.  I'm in a don't give a damn faze at the moment re diets.  I'll probably regret it when the weather warms up and I'm forced to think of holidays and swimming pools.

Off to hosp appt in a minute and then I'm popping in to see a friend who hasn't gone into work today, so that might mean cake mmmm.image

Can't see me getting any gardening done today.  Hope everyone has a good day whatever you are doing.

Morning all. Light snow here, very cloudy, no sun forecast. -3°

I give my horses up to 3 apples each. Carrots are better. They had carrots this morning with their horse nuts. There was bickering, they are like spoilt children with a bag of sweets! What they must not have is soggy, sliced white bread.

Lesley, your dieting must be going better than mine. There are no chocolates left in this house, I ate them all!

Re dieting, I guess we will burn off some excess as soon as Spring popsimage We all know hard work then!

DD thanks for treating the lonely ponyimage and George, steady yourself old chap, plenty more fussing where that came fromimage

Nothing better than a personal recommendation Dove

And finally punkdoc it will arrive, but brisk walks in the meantime is a golly good idea and another reason to own a dogimage

Oh well, day off today and its really gusty outside but also clear skies. We had our only serious snow shower yesterday, with the early ice flurry followed by the fat floaty stuff. I nearly burst a vein laughing at Flynn chasing the stuff. Surffice to say, it didn't lie image

Talking of lying, I'm bath in the bath with my tablet, so before I drop it againimage ta ta for now

Morning all! I'm back working from home today and its gloriously sunny outside (but so cold!) Partner had yesterday off with Reggie and it was grey and miserable all day. I guess I'm the lucky one!

Talking of Reggie I took him to the vets for a check up which went well. He didn't think much to the treats the nurse was trying to give him while manhandling his nuts though! Don't blame him I'd have been confused and offended too. We've had chance to go through all of his paperwork: he's only 8 months and 6 days old (they tend to stop "growing" height around 12 months and stop "filling out" around 24 months although with his unsettled past he might have some catching up to do) so it'll be interesting to see how bigger he gets. To me he's a tiny little puppy but then I'm seeing him next to 6ft 7in of parter so everything looks small by comparison. We're meeting up with my bosses Springer on Monday so we'll see how big he looks then!

I think its safe to say that I wont be having any garlic this year. Even the ones in pots haven't come up! I'm not sure what I've done wrong seeing as how last year they were quite literally thrown in the soil at the wrong time, left submerged for months, and generally ignored. Still: it means space for something else come spring!
