Good idea! But I think I'll have a Baileys now (after 6 here!) and a wine with my meal. I wonder if Dove likes Baileys image, don't think it's her sort of thing, thick and sweet image

Oh Lizzie - so glad its found, but what a (freezing and wet) palaverimage.

Gardengirl - so glad you are enjoying the sights and sounds of your own wildlife haven - sounds wonderful.

Our walk ended up being round Wisleyimage.  Discovered bits of it I never knew existed!!  Spotted loads of different coloured stemmed cornus - one called Baton Rouge (I lived there for a while as a very small chicklet), lots of Sibirica and an Annies winter orange.  All have gone on the wish list - planning a little grove in a far corner as a project for a few weeks time.

enjoy the sherbertsimage Might well join you a bit laterimageimage

    And lovely news LilyPimage

Sharp frost outside Brrrrrrrrrr!  Only -0.02 in the back garden, but I'm sure it's much lower in the front.  Everything sparkled in the torchlight when I went out in my pjs to read the thermometer.

Lili - just spotted your familiy's news!  How lovely - congratulations image

Shame about the greenhouse - fingers are crossed that they'll be ok ....
