I have cook books, honest! Im just really rubbish at remebering how to do things that i dont often do, am a dab hand at a cooked dinner but OH wont eat things like veg bake, so dont get the practise

Panda - the talking wasn't helping but work has been full of manflu and it was only a matter of time before I caught it unfortunately. Cider has appeared so hopefully it'll help!

You malign me KEF!!! - what about gargling with some hot cider and honey with a couple of cloves in it - much better than TCP 'cos you can swallow it
And better than maltesers - suck on some cinder toffee and let it trickle down your throat
