     You malign me KEF!!! - what about gargling with some hot cider and honey with a couple of cloves in it - much better than TCP 'cos you can swallow it image 

    And better than maltesers - suck on some cinder toffee and let it trickle down your throat image

    Evening all, just come in from the garden and it's so late and I've got so much to do aarrghh! image

    I have cook books, honest! Im just really rubbish at remebering how to do things that i dont often do, am a dab hand at a cooked dinner but OH wont eat things like veg bake, so dont get the practise image

    Panda - the talking wasn't helping but work has been full of manflu and it was only a matter of time before I caught it unfortunately. Cider has appeared so hopefully it'll help!
