Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
Morning all. Have unpacked the car. Dishwasher full of wineglasses, but about 2L of mulled wine still in thermoses. A lot of soft drinks were drunk this year
Are the English in Dordogne giving up wine for Advent?

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Hugs fidget. Hope you don't get stuck in the traffic. Glad you have New Year to look forward to.
Lizzie your service at the Abbey sounds lovely. The Santa run looked like a load of fun DD
I'll be doing the wrapping today as well Dove. The tree is up now and just a few bits and pieces to find places for. Where did all these decorations come from?
Morning all. Its my day off (yay!) And since I can't get a doctors appointment to see about this cough that's been lingering far too long now I'm self treating with mugs of tea, the heating on, and crawling back into bed to make a nest with a few good books.
Must do the wrapping too: I did some a while ago and due to my tbi I'm having to go through the receipts and then squidging all the parcels to see which belongs to who and indeed what they are! I really must learn to put labels on!
Lizzie; feel free to send the mulled wine this way. There's no reason for me to have to leave the house today
