    Chrissie, i read in a gardening mag that the sugar from an apple can give as much of a boost as a cup of coffee, might be worth a try image

    Chrissie, just been reading the post about feed, why dont you try adding comfrey to your tea to make you sleep? You would have to check the dosage, my mum used togive it to me as a kid because i was such a pain! image
