  • Morning all,

Yes, @Busy-Lizzie, a whole year, and what a difference a year makes, last year was such a struggle and so far 2024 has been amazing for me. Fingers crossed it carries on.🤞

Beautiful here again this morning, off we go again.

Catch up later, hope everyone has a good day.

    Hello all

had a bit of an off day yesterday, a bit lost. Sun did show up in the afternoon and went for a short walk. I even watched some of the rugby, that's how bored I was. This afternoon OH is singing at a church fair, I will go along but leave soon after his performance especially if it doesn't rain. I need the fresh air.

Been spying on you guys: I have become quite addicted to live webcams, I tend to go to places I have been or have special connections with. A few days ago I saw a spectacular sun rise on mount Etna. And every morning (early) I loll about in Suffolk and Norfolk seas while sipping my tea.

The lovely thing about this thread @Badly_Maintained is that you can say as little or as much as you like. I have never seen anything unpleasant here.

    Hope Dove feels better today.

Morning all, Lovely pictures of snow @D0rdogne_Damsel the Pyrenees has been lacking up until now but I think they are getting a good dump now, I can't see because of the cloud cover.
I hope the cold is improving today @Dovefromabove.
Had a disaster yesterday, the washing machine decided to empty itself all over the floor, what a mess and what a lot of cleaning up to do. We checked the hoses etc but couldn't see anything, I'ts only six years old!

Morning all. Very cold last night and dull, chilly and wintery looking today, probably be more rain later. G/son here yesterday tea time for his customary Saturday/Sunday visit at this time of year. He and daughter are off into town this afternoon to get a few things he wants plus get his hair cut - he seems to have grown a thatched roof on his topknot! Then he will get dropped back home and daughter will check over his clothes etc ready for the school week. So I will be having a quiet afternoon - shall I do a bit of tidying up, or maybe a bit of washing or shall I just put my feet up and have a little sneaky snooze? But first, it's Sunday so time for a mid morning Brunch I feel.
Enjoy your day of rest my friends.

    Hi all

Another heavy frost, so gardening is out.
How can you lie there and think of England

Thanks for the kind thoughts folks … still snotty and coughing but not ‘ill’ … no temperature or aches … just a properly heavy cold 🙄
