Hurrah! Ā The money for my car has landed in my account … it only lost Ā£100 per year in the 4 years I’ve had it. Ā Mind you, second hand cars have all gone up in price šŸ™„. The hire car goes back on Tuesday … son is going to help me find a new car but he’s got a hectic week this week as it’s half term andĀ his boss has a young family, so I’ll be without a car for a while but that’s no problem, we have a good bus service here, and a fellow choir member has already offered to pick me up on Wednesdays. 😊

    That is good news, @Dovefromabove
Moira is doing well, @Lizzie27, concerned about me, but happy I have decided I will attempt to go up to Scotland, plan is to go for a few days before her Mums 90th, for a change of scenery.

It is good news indeed @punkdoc … all things considered. It had been a bit anxiety making ….Ā

We were going to Oxburgh Hall as it was something we had thought of doing with our friends who haven't come. We've changed our minds, it's tipping with rain and some of the roads around here are already flooded.

Oxburgh Hall is lovely but I agree … not the area to risk driving in during the weather we have at the moment @Busy-Lizzie. Son just rang and told me he’ll be coming home in a splitter bus tonight as there are flood warnings out … also he has to leave v v early tomorrow morning

Blue light from screens/phones can disturb sleep patterns.Ā  Special specs are available to help block that type of light.Ā  Currently trying some here.

That’s good news @punkdoc … I’m sure the sleep thing will happen … but it is a PITA while Ā it doesn’t  … you have my sympathy šŸ¤—Ā
