A kiss, wow I must remember that. Last Autumn I felt that the magpies were sussing out my hawthorn trees as possible nest sites for this year. These grow behind the katsura. It will be interesting to see. I am not overly fond of magpies as they predate my little birds but it would be great if they put the blocks on any building that may take place

Good morning everyone. Another frosty start to the day. Keep warm everyone if you are planning on getting into your gardens today (sorry Ante, Debs and Biglad!). I still have much tidying up to do but it is cheering to see the Spring flowers appearing more and more frequently.

I'm ready for school. It's sunny but cold outside. I heard on forecast this morning that huge amount of Saharan sand is arriving with wind. It's not the first time, but now will be more intense. That means car and window cleaning when it will be over.
Good morning Ante. How are you feeling today? We get the Saharan sand here too so car will need to be dusted down if it arrives. No wind here at the moment but it is forecast for later on.
