    Morning all,

    Very Marti here. Just put one of the recycling bins out and noticed that my sandy planting hole is now a puddle :D If I get chance later, must remember to take a few buckets worth out of the water butt.

    Some of the bulbs that NDN donated are starting to poke through in numbers :) A nice planter full of muscari would be good.

    I've got to a point where I've worked out how many days I've likely got left before this job finishes - 32 'proper' days (ie. at the same volume as now). The countdown has begun - it's like being in prison!!!

    Back from Doctors. Now I have  high blood pressure😡 Need to monitor it for a week and submit readings. Not surprised blood pressure high grrrr didn’t really get much joy from other niggly worry but wasn’t anything major anyway.
    Im going to have a pottering type of day now after our early start.
    Biglad, start counting down……

    @Bluejayway, thanks👍Received and answered.
    Rubee, thank you too, I hope so too! It should when I get out in the garden.🙂
  • Thank you all again for your help in identifying shrubs. If the weather stays dry for a few days, then I can set to, and cut back the first section of the "hedge".
    It's a dry day today, but I really need to get some of those indoor unmentionables completed, before tackling outside.

    Wife wants to make a space for our new rose, so will go to choose a spot. Then I need to find room for the blueberry and tayberry. Probably close to the gooseberry patch.
