Happy Monday Good morning snoopy Cute good morning gif Snoopy pictures
Maybe today will be the day I can get outside for a bit of plant wrestling. Going to pop over the road to see Jack later and have a catch up with him.

Hope all goes well with the boiler engineer's visit today Hazel. I can adjust the basic temperature of my central heating and hot water on my boiler. Its always a concern as Winter approaches when something goes wrong with the boiler. I've just started a new boiler service agreement with a company a quarter the price per annum as BG were trying to charge me. Bestie and I have been discussing this for a while. She started her agreement first and then got a code from them to recommend someone (me) and as a result of that we both get a Β£50 voucher for the big river company!

Morning LB, was all ready for 7.45am today,so trying to wake up now.
We, too, can adjust the temperatures of both hot water and the rads but when we turn them up that is when the boiler starts making a noise. Our own plumber chap thinks it's the pump but we'll see. Now that long wait starts....you watch, it  will be towards the later time of the time slot😦

It feels quite mild this morning and I've opened the greenhouse and, although wettish and damp outside, it's not cold at all.Β

    Good morning Hazel and Ruby.
You are right Hazel. At least you know that your boiler will be sorted today and, fingers crossed, won't need seeing to again for another year.
Ruby, let's cross all our fingers for some gardening time today.

    Engineer Β just called, he's coming between 11am -2pm. I needn't have got up so early πŸ˜«πŸ™‡β€β™€οΈ
  • Good morning all and thanks for the welcome.Β

We have had this miserable heavy drizzle over the weekend so I have not been out the back.
I did get a sneaky day off from work as I snatched up a last-minute national car test appointment for today.Β

  • Good morning all. No time for gardening here. Plus - it is raining. With OH out for breakfast with an old college friend, it gives me time to deal with a few things about the house.

    Morning all.

There is a glimpse of sunshine and rain isn't forecast. Nothing planned for today so may do some gardening.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
