Most of my roses are shutting down. But some are producing beautiful blooms.

@Marlorena how did your Gruss an Teplitz fare in repeat flowering? Mine has not really taken off in a pot, but that could be because it is taking its time to build up first and I keep chopping it right down.
Gorgeous roses @Rojas! I really like that Pestraja fantasia, very striking, not seen that before, is it a good bloomer? Lovely Austins too. Ive got CPM as well and its a beauty, and prolific, I cannot fathom why they discontinued it. @Marlorena is that Loyal companion new for you? I had it bare root this year, its pretty but getting a bit crisped out the front, possibly as its young, I might give it another year to establish then move it to a pot if that dosent help.
Thanks all …. I’ll get my secateurs out this morning!! 🌹 Golden wings has lovely hips so I’ll leave that one but a tidy up on the rest is on its way. I admit to being a bit relieved!
Photos taken yesterday: Othello Lady Marmalade Golden Beauty Marchenzauber Midnight Blue Red Finesse Peace - one of my £1 purchases ages ago. The pink edges haven't come through well in the photo.
Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth
My Alnwick is still in a 50cm clever pot, Jessica, and spent first flush in full sun and every subsequent flush in morning sun only- has bloomed brilliantly regardless!
Rojas, I really like The Ancient Mariner there and the colour of Spirit of Freedom. Sweet Juliet is now out of stock but I might buy one of those two based on your pictures!
Lady Emma Hamilton (Evelyn in the background). Such tender colours now after the bright orange it was first flush!
My final dahlia of the season just trying to bloom... beset by molluscs still. Rhubarb and Custard (rosa Perennial Blue behind) One my standout bloomers this year- Susie. Just keeps going and going.

..continuous flowering when established. I can't remember how it did in the first year. Not a rose I'd want to keep in a pot for long.
