@Dasha I chose 'Scepter'd Isle' for a similar location and it did very well for a number of years until I wanted a change, so that's the one I would recommend to you..
I tried to order Ispahan off them this year but it didn’t go through. I questioned them, it took them a while to find out, apparently the payments were being blocked because of name ‘Ispahan’, a place in Iran (I assume their bank doesn’t like this word) Nothing to do with new marketing, they apologised and said they had to change the name for banks not to keep blocking orders, but it’s showing up as new product as old one was deleted.
They had to change the name to Pompon des Princes due to customers orders being blocked by their banks with connotations to Ispahan (strange world we live in) Nothing to do with new marketing but it’s showing up as new as the old product was deleted to change the name.
That is amazingly stupid and therefore all too credible.
I'm not sure I buy what they've told you there.. it's sold everywhere else as 'Ispahan'.. Beales, Austin, Loubert, Ducher in France.. TCL.. and I expect most other parts of the world this rose is sold.. also the Iranian city is Isfahan.
I assume it’s specific for the bank they use, but they were selling it under the other name for a while, banks can change safety regulations all the time.
Glorie de ducher is not very scented @Nollie Marlorena had posted some nice pics of that rose in HMF.. I am not sure which are strongly scented among the orders.. guess will find out in Summer..
