We are safely home in France, thank you. Journey was OK. We stopped at an SM on the way back. It was gloomy and windy when we left. We got out of the plane into 28C, but it's going to get cooler from tomorrow. My house was cool, the old stones keep it cool in hot weather.
The garden looks OK, CB has watered, strimmered and mown. There are a few tomatoes and figs.

I was woken in the early hours by extremely heavy rain battering my front window. Its still very dark but Lily didn't seem to mind going out for her morning toilet trip so it probably isn't raining now.

It's sunny again, but quite windy. I must place order for pets food. They are all fed, bird feeders are refiled, and my tea is ready. It should be an easy day.

LB, my mother will take care of them all. I'll prepare everything for five days, and she will have schedule when to feed them. It's not a heavy task, but it takes little bit of time. Luckily she is retired.
