I have it on good authority that she’s not miming but her voice goes through a digital programme that alters and auto tunes it … I forget the name son mentioned … anyway that does cause an infinitesimally minuscule delay … it would’ve been more noticeable had there been any camera closeups but that’s not something Cher encourages nowadays anyway 😉 Exactly the same on live stage performances whether it’s a festival, a stadium or a theatre.

Is it a vocoder @Dovefromabove? OH says she has a good voice and shouldn't need it but I think she must like its distinctive sound. The song is catchy and one which we will all be singing along to at some point I'm sure. Have to admire the lady for getting up and doing it, regardless of whether she is miming or not. She is an icon for many.
It did remind me of her song "Believe" in terms of the sound, and l think that was due to a Vocoder. Thanks for reminding me of the name @didyw, l just couldn't recall it
In some ways it's comforting to know that despite her lack of wrinkles and an electrically enhanced voice,an amazing figure to boot, she's just like me underneath it all .......a little old lady😁
The whole truth is an instrument that can only be played by an expert.
