Having watched 'It Takes Two ' on friday all the contestants seemed chilled whilst the dancers were feeling the pressure. Ellie and Vito were worthy winners. Eastenders will be welcoming Bobbie back very soon I am sure.Or does Hollywood call?
Layton just wanted to learn an area of dance he had never experienced. Having a dancing background can be as much of a disadvantage than an advantage when it comes to the public vote. It was said, unlikely we will see this level of skill again. His inclusion made for one of the most fascinating finals ever.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
I think Cher looks amazing for her age due to the finest plastic surgeons and she makes no secret of that. I'm pretty sure she was miming last night, the sound didn't seem that good, although that could have been my TV 😁.
Liked the song. It was nice to hear a new Christmas one.
It always seems flat after the Final. I may have said this before, but l wish they'd do interviews with all the finalists after the results, even if it was early in the New Year when things have settled down.
An It Takes Two special would be nice with some of the behind the scenes of hair and costume changes for example. It must be pretty frenetic.
I also thought she was miming … or at the very least was singing along to a ‘backing track’ that included the vocals … I shall have to get son to have a look sometime … he’s a Sound Man 🎧 🎤
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

To be perfectly honest, I hope we don't see his level of skill again, at least at the start of the series. They need to get back to the original idea of people with limited dance experience, and watching them develop over the series.
@AnniD and @Dovefromabove I think Cher was miming too. A couple of weeks ago she was on the Graham Norton show, sang the same song and the backing track was exactly same.....and she was definitely miming then. 😉
This year has been the best strictly ever I don't watch much on the BBC that is worth the license fee but strictly is worth every penny, this has been the best final to date Anton mentioned Natasha Kaplinski who I thought was superb at the time but every year they seem to surpass what has gone before. All the contestants were brilliant last night and I couldn't pick a winner but as we had six votes we did vote and Bobby got them all for the simple reason that every time he danced it brought a smile to my face. Can they beat this years show next year I wouldn't bet against it.

Shirley even admitted Layton was already a dancer.

Most of Cher probably is 40 or less.

@KT53 I too hope we don't see his level of skill on Strickly again.
He's very talented and is an amazing dancer, but glad he didn't win.
