Because I saw GW was on tonight I've been thinking all day that today is Friday!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Good morning all. Busy, I woke up thinking it was Saturday today because of GW last night. It obviously rained here in the night but the sun is shining now.

Could be a good gardening day today. I have been out and filled the bird feeders and there are some areas of the border I will need to water as, despite last night's rain, there are many dry spots. Not sure what time my parcel will be arriving so I'll have to hover about.

Morning everyone,  I had an awful night's sleep. I dosed off while reading in bed around 10ish and woke just after eleven. Lay awake for hours, last time I looked at the clock was 20 past 3 😫 woke again just before 7.
Looks grey outside at the moment, hopefully we will get some sunshine later.Β

Hazel, this is the Eupatorium I initially though might be my Verbena bonariensis. You can just see my agapanthus peeking through.

Lovely photos @Ladybird4. I love purple flowers so rich without being garish.Β
@star gaze lilyhope you can have an easy day after your disturbed night. Work for me later today but hou****rk this morning and maybe some gardening it’s jut a matter of trying to keep on top of the dead heading and weeding.
sun is shining so I must pop out and top up bird feeders etc. my sister (15 minutes walk away) has a woodpecker visiting daily I keep hoping he will venture further afield and visit me.Β

    Morning all from the CA,

Glorious outside at the moment. Should be ok to get the last of the letters posted before the next swathe of wet rubbish arrives for golf on SaturdayΒ  :(Β
