Me neither, but it's been sitting in a corner underneath a trellis and has come up and flowered it's head off over all those years apart from this one. Things started off well in March, new growth up top, but nothing since I pruned it back as I always have.
I think I will try and prise it out of the pot, because to call it root bound would I think be an understatement, and maybe pop it in the ground.

Rather root bound I would say. Still it came out easier than anticipated. Palette knife round the edge, a bit of a soak, and it just slid out.

Tease them out gently before potting on and give them a good saok again but let them drain.  They look OK to me so you should get new growth.

I did top the pot up with compost and manure every year, then over the course of the year it would disappear. I guess that's where most of it ended up.
