Not the one you wanted, but I think you've got 'Piilu' there, so a good substitute..

Thankyou @Marlorena that is really helpful,  and I think you are right.
Now I will have to see if the other three are what they are proposed to be.🤷‍♀️

@Janie B thank you 😊 yes see what you mean about the green through the flowers. Still, it's beautiful though!

Last year I asked for advice about which Clematis to plant. I then purchased and planted a C. ‘Forever Friends’ which has developed extremely well and is now more than 2m high and wide, a beauty.
I also planted a C. ‘Maria Skłodowska Curie’ which hardly grew and gave a handful of---lovely---flowers last year. It totally disappeared last winter and made a rather late reappearance in the Spring. It is now in flower, still quite nice, but it refuses to grow to more than a pitiful foot (<50cm) above the ground.
This is all the more disappointing as all sites, say its normal size is 2m x 2m; see e.g. https://www.gardenersworld.com/plants/clematis-maria-sklodowska-curie/
Is there a problem with its siting in my garden? Still too young? Missing something? Does anyone on this forum grow it?

The bottom flowers are lying on the ground, the top flower approx. one foot above the ground level.
