    Thanks so much @Marlorena and @Marran, I've often wondered what it is called. I think it was probably one of three unnamed cheapie ones from a flower show.

    My new Daniel Deronda is still hardening off in my greenhouse (doors open) as the ground's now too hard to dig a hole, especially with a dodgy back. it will have to go out soon though as it has new buds appearing. OH will have to come to the rescue!

    Thank you,  It’s been here for at least 30 years. 
    We also have Montana that’s going for a walk along the lane, miles of it,  almost finished flowering now though. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
