It takes a while to get the fire moving.  I turned the air con on as well. I’m knitting bootees for Hubby’s sister’s new great granddaughter. She’s a few days old now.   We’ve just been advised that she’ll be named Miles. 🙄😳. I think I’m getting too old!   Can’t work out the current generation. 😁

We’ve been glued to the Tele lately. A mix of the Giro and Eurovision.  The Giro is still going, but Eurovision is over.  The music is different now with the performances and types of music not quite to our taste- another hint that we aren’t keeping up with young people. 🙄

we’ve just finished a very tasty Ricotta  for dinner. Yum!

Morning all, feeling really fed up with the weather, it's very cool and wet, has been for days and no end in sight. I've not planted anything out yet, it's all stuffed in the GH. I dare not put tomatoes out as night time temps are mostly still in single figures. sorry, rant over. Will have to to some h......rk instead.

Feel for you @punkdoc - I always feel rough as a badger’s after them. Was the nurse ignorant or just being a jobs-worth? Poor show either way. Hope you feel better anyway.

Cheeky day off for me as doing a combo of half shifts and a long one this week. Trying to make the most of washing and gardening time.

I hope everyone is having a decent day.

Afternoon all, very mixed weather here too. Very warm yesterday when the sun eventually came out.  Similar today, when the sun is out it's quite pleasant but it keeps clouding over and the wind is cold. I too am desperate to get things hardened off and out, thank goodness for the Allotment greenhouse,  otherwise I would be really stuck.

Evening all, it started out quite chilly at 11c but warmed up late morning so very gingerly have done a bit of gardening, moving things about and watering. OH helped tonight to water the potted roses which should be out very soon.

Sorry you're suffering post jab @punkdoc, I hope we don't, OH is having his booster on Thursday and mine is on Saturday - and we have a hotel booked for Sunday!

Glad you’ve had the booster @punkdoc … sorry you’re feeling rubbish tho. Hope you’re feeling better very soon. 🤗 I haven’t had the slightest reaction from any of mine but both son and OH have felt a bit rubbish after some of theirs.

Hope everyone has a good night tonight… there’s fireworks going off nearby … think some 3rd year students may have handed their Dissertations in 😆

Night night all … sleep tight 😴

I always feel rubbish after my boosters @punkdoc just for a day, you will feel better tomorrow. The sun came out for ten minutes this afternoon, followed by torrential rain. Night all.
