I am sure this is a joke. Nobody would really expect people to pledge allegiance out loud would they?Putting aside my personal opinion on him as a human being surely we all know he is just a man doing a job, he should be careful, his namesake thought he was above everyone else and things didn’t end well for him did they?
Because I choose to, and I think having a monarch is far better than having a so-called elected head of state, who has little or no experience of being in the position. Look at the UK's record for prime ministers in the last 50 years. There have been sparkling moments of true leadership, but not many. Maybe a few weeks or months.
When I voted I think there was a category that asked if I was angry about the coronation. I didn't vote for that then, but I am angry about it now. I'm already sick of all the fuss about it, the never ending news stories about it and the waste of money being spent nationally and locally. Personally I would send all the money being wasted to food banks.
