    Good morning everyone!

Splendiferous day here too @Dovefromabove Ā So nice to read of your son's positive progress.

May do something relevant in my garden today!! Ā Well this morning, as I had my exercise class yesterday evening and by 11am I can feel the abdominals and thighs start to tighten!! Ā Trouble is once you are in the garden, it is hard to extract yourself!!

    20th April:  A Saint-Théodore, fleurit chaque bouton d'or.

    Have an enjoyable day everyone.

    Hi all

Sunny here too, but rather chilly.
We are supposed to be off to the North of Scotland for a few days next week, visiting MIL. really not looking forward to the drive, as I am finding sitting for long periods very uncomfortable. I can't really help Moira with the driving either, which means 9 hours driving for her. All I can do is provide company, and play the tunes.

My OH doesn’t drive at all @punkdoc so it’s always me, always has been  … but he helps in other ways … ensuring there’s a bottle of drink (Diet Coke for driving cos of the caffeine) and sweets to suck … plus, as you say, the music šŸŽ¶Ā

Have a good trip … the scenery should be a bit (even more) special at this time of year 😊

By the way, it’s also the co-driver’s job to keep an eye cast skywards for birds of prey šŸ’šĀ

Funny you should say that, @Dovefromabove. A few years ago, Moira almost crashed when I suddenly screamed, Osprey.

    Morning Forkers,Ā
it's cold, only 4° at the moment and no sun. Rain expected later which is at least good for the garden.
@Pat E Will that load last the winter? And did you see any of the solar eclipse?Ā
@AnnaB the pain in the hip isn't necessarily a hip problem, sometimes a back inflammation irradiates pain towards the hips. The break from work may well help. Let's hope so.
So @punkdoc your are going to bonnie Scotland in the end. Good. But try to ignore raptors flying overhead 😁

I have been rather successful at cavolo nero so I have too many seedlings for the space allocated in the bed. Nice problem to have. OH gone out to lunch with ex colleagues so a sarnie will do me. Have a good day all.
