My TCL mix ups have given me Blue River and Eden climber, both happy additions.
Lovely to see all the varieties of rose and some overall pictures. Lady Waterlow is lovely, I am surprised by how large the blooms are, the scale is something that really isn't obvious from our pictures and I often find I imagined it wrong. How odd, I clicked on a close up of the last one but got two pics the same, my phone does funny things sometimes. This is the close up of Alissar. I like the variation in colour.
Exceptional photos today. Esp the garden vistas. Loving Lady Waterlow sprawled elegantly over her trellis!
Today I am mesmerised by what is my first ever hopefully-Munstead bloom. Smells like wine and is glorious in every way. It was a sin, a travesty, an outrage and a war crime to discontinue this rose!
Some lovely colours on Gruss an Aachen this morning. Things have been a bit slow in these parts up to now, but things are finally starting to happen. @Marlorena, could you remind me of the one off concentrated seaweed solution you use to give flagging plants a boost.
My roses seem so slow in comparison with everyone else, I live in South Devon so you would think our balmy weather might have spurred them on, but they’re slowly getting there!
The Pilgrim is starting to bloom but is absolutely covered in black spot …

The Cistus is having a fantastic year …
Waiting for Eustacia Vye’s buds to open is a slow process, she’s certainly taking her time but perhaps I’m being impatient, I just love the peachy pink colour and can’t wait to see it …
My contribution today is not my rose but the one I saw on the way to Aldi nearby. Amazing large blooms like dahlias on a rose bush and brilliant colour. I gathered some courage and rang bell and asked owner if he knew which rose it is but he didn't know. I even smelled and unfortunately very light fragrance.

My MW has quite a few red buds, which seem to have frozen in time! Probably at least another week before they actually open…
@Eustace your Louise Clements is gorgeous! How’s the scent?
