I've had a busy afternoon. NDN on the other side and I went to have a clean up in NDN's cottage. It was badly needed. I disinfected and shampooed the carpet where she fell and we've stripped the bed and I've washed all the bedding. I'm now a contact for the hospital. I had a chat with the granddaughter but she has a young family and doesn't live near, she is quite concerned though.

Oh well done you Busy and the other neighbour. That was such a kind thing to do. Is the granddaughter the only relative your neighbour has? She will be very worried about her Gran - especially with the distance between them. Such difficult times.

Morning everyone, thank you all for your kind words.
It's indoor jobs here too @Ladybird4 completely the opposite weather to yesterday. We had a lovely few hours with our poppets yesterday and also saw our other Poppet (grandson) on Saturday. Its a bit too much for OH to have them all together, but it certainly does him good to see them.

I can understand how a lot of small, excitable little people could be wearing for your OH SGL. My sis and BIL feel like that after they have their two youngest grandsons to visit. They are full of energy and its like having two fizzy fireworks in the house. It would be great if we could harness all THAT energy and feed it into the National Grid!

Thank you @Rubee we did have a good nights sleep. It was really lovely seeing them all over the weekend. Makes things feel a bit more normal for a little while. The little ones have no idea how much joy they bring. How is your OH Ruby, hope he's not in too much pain and can sleep better too.
