Just woken up suddenly, wide awake, so came down for a cuppa. It is snowing like crazy outside, the whole world is white out there. So pretty...( unless driving in it. )
Similar scene outside here, @Songbird-2 - a thick blanket of the white stuff. Gusting winds as well. I heard a loud bang earlier. Don't know what could've blown over. Hope a bit of the house hasn't fallen off!

Good morning all. Snowing again all night and again this morning and blowing a gale but I got to work ok yesterday so fingers crossed for today. Hope you are all able to stay safe and warm and fingers crossed for better weather soon
Good morning Debs. Take care this morning as you go to work. The wind was blowing a hooley here last night whilst the snow was still very wet and all the snow here arrived in the night.

I am hoping some of it will melt .
Good morning Ruby. I remember last year when your doors were blocked up with snow. At least we have warmer weather to look forward to next week. I have just remembered that my brother, sis-in-law and their daughter, son-in-law and 2 children are off to the Lake District today for a long weekend - yikes!
p.s. two of my friends are off on a Caribbean Cruise today - hate them! - not really. Only hope that their flight out to pick up the liner is not affected by the weather.

Morning, I see most of us have woken to a white world this morning. For those going out, take care underfoot, ice may be lurking and wrap up warm. It was very cold in the house first thing.Onto second cuppa now so catch you later. ( managed to get some more sleep after my early morning jaunt).
Got up around 7 to help find eldest's car. We cleared off most of the snow and she's made it into work. I've cancelled my donation and rescheduled though. No point doing that today. Going over the tops (by bus or car) isn't a good idea unless absolutely necessary.
My beloved blueberries will have to slow down for a couple of days!
Think my choisyas will have disappeared completely @Ladybird4. I'll try and take a photo shortly.
